I got a family picture made for my mom's special day. I submitted a bunch of photos since we don’t have one with everyone in it. I mentioned the outfits and a few other details. The result was absolutely fantastic, and she adores it! Everyone in the family is thrilled. We’re big fans of the Simpsons and have been since day one. It turned out just right. Every part of this experience was great.

I got this for Christmas. They handle all the little details and were open to changes even after the initial draft. The customer service is fantastic, and the artists are super talented. Highly recommend!

For instance, it would have been helpful if they had provided a thorough response on what they believed would yield the best result when I sent over a second reference image to assist with the final portrait.

That said, I would still suggest this service to my friends and family.

The final product came out really well. There were a couple of adjustments needed, but the team was more than willing to fix them. Just a heads up, the back-and-forth took a bit longer than expected, so don’t leave it to the last minute. I found it helpful to create a draft sketch and snap a pic to share with the team, but I still think I could've been clearer about my vision, like wanting myself in the background instead of being so front and center.
